Damson Overshirt - Slubby Cotton/Linen Check

About the fabric:

The stark and classic cream/navy colour combination is what first grabs your attention with this checked fabric but it's the textured, slubby surface that really makes it shine. With a soft handle and a mid-weight, this is made to be a stand-out top layer.

Composition: 70% Cotton & 30% Linen

About the design:

-Relaxed fit with versatile styling.

-Simple plain front with curved collar design based off vintage suede jacket.

-Rear yoke across shoulders for strength and comfort.

-Straight bottom hem to allow easier wear untucked.

-Slightly extended front facings to add strength and structure.

-Two-piece sleeve construction with buttoned cuffs, to give shape to the arms.

-Natural horn buttons made in England.

-Made by hand in North London, one at a time.

About the fit:

The overshirt is designed to be flexible in its wear; from nothing underneath in summer to over a jumper in winter. The shirt is cut straight through the body and slightly extended on the shoulders to allow for easier layering, we recommend simply sizing up if you are intending to wear more than a thick t-shirt or lightweight knitwear below. 

Please check the size guide carefully against a similar garment before ordering if in any doubt on which size is best, or get in contact for advice. Please allow for a little shrinkage if you are washing at home.

For reference, the model is 6ft tall with a 38 inch chest and is wearing a size medium.
